Widder Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery Center is a private clinic run by Northern Virgina plastic surgeon, Dr. Shlomo Widder.
Dr. Shlomo Widder has been practicing plastic surgery since 1985 and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialists to certify plastic surgeons.
He received his pre-medical degree from the University of Bologna, Italy, in 1973 and then his medical degree from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology), Israel, in 1978. He served his internship and initial general surgery residency at the University of Tel Aviv and then moved to the United States in 1981 to become a resident at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, MA.
Dr. Shlomo Widder has also served residencies at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C, and in Buffalo, NY. In 1987 he completed a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals of Cleveland, OH.
Dr. Shlomo Widder is licensed to practice plastic surgery in the states of Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C. and New York. He holds a number of certificates from several prestigious medical organizations such as ASPS (American Society of Plastic Surgeons), AAAAPSF (the American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory Plastic Surgery Facilities) and the Fairfax County Medical Society.
Dr. Shlomo Widder resides in Mclean, Virginia with his wife Caroline and their two german shepards - Lui and Junior.
